When Return/Replacement Will Not Be Accepted

If the product is opened, used, or altered

If the original packaging (box, label, etc.) is missing

If the request is raised after 7 days of delivery

If damaged/missing items are reported after 2 days of delivery
Return Process

Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery (for damaged/missing products, within 2 days).

Our team will review your request within 2 working days.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may self-ship the product. Courier charges will be reimbursed (via UPI, PayTM, or Shibrah Wallet).

Once the product is received and verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated.
Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Ready to Ship” stage by logging into your account and selecting CANCEL.

Shibrah reserves the right to cancel any order for verification or other reasons.
Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders – Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank, Card, UPI) within 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Refund will be made through bank transfer (bank details required).

For cancelled orders, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

For returned products, refunds are processed within 14 business days after quality check.
